Our shop software will provide an accurate shipping quote during checkout for anyone ordering from the UK or any EU member state. However as we ship Fucking Machines via a courier service if you plan on ordering from outside the EU we will need to source an accurate shipping quote for you prior to you placing your order. These quotes vary on the number of products you plan to buy and the spacial dimensions of the package.

Customs Charges & Import Taxation
If you order from outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges must be borne by you; Fmachinefun is not liable for and has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. It is your responsibility to understand your local importantion restrictions and tarifs.
We can only ship to a PayPal verified address abroad. If your registered address is a PO Box then we cannot dispatch to you as the courier will require a signature on delivery.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products. It is your responsibility to know the laws of your country and community as they apply to adult products. We will not be held responsible nor will we issue credit or refunds for items seized by the customs service of any country.
If a customs label is required then the machine will be listed as 'Deluxe Exercise Equipment'.
Power Cable & Plug
Machines supplied by us will come with a UK power cable and plug fitted. You may need to fit an adaptor or fit a local plug to use the machines in your own country.
Returns & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation - Purchased Goods
The UK Distance Selling Regulations advise that you have 7 days to cancel your order contract with us and we will issue a full refund. The 7 working days starts from the day after you receive your order. We will need written confirmation that you wish to cancel your order, which can be done via our Contact Us form.
If you have already received your order, you will need to return all items in the order unused and in their original condition and packaging. If we do not receive the cancelled order back we may arrange to have it collected at your cost.
Returns - Purchased Items
This returns policy sets out how Fucking Machine Fun processes and accepts returns. Returns are only accepted with a returns authorisation number which is available from us by e-mail.
Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods. For goods to be returned if they are not broken then the following terms have to be met:
- The goods must be unused.
- The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
- Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
- The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received your order.
Returned goods will carry a 10% restocking fee, postage and packaging charges are non refundable.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods.
Cancellation Policy Rental Bookings
Cancellations or deferral of a rental booking is possible up to five working days before the delivery date.
Cancellations are subject to a £20 administration fee.
Cancellations after this period will mean that the machine may be already in transit. It may still possible to cancel a booking by refusing its delivery and letting us know. If the machine is already in transit then we will then refund your booking fee less £60. This covers the £20 administration fee together with the £40 return courier fee as that wil have already been booked and paid in advance by us.
A booking deferal to a later date is possible up to five working days before the start date of your booking and this does not incurr any fees.
Returns - Rental Machines
This returns policy sets out how Fucking Machine Fun processes and accepts rental machine returns. The machine will be collected by courier from the address that it was dleivered to on the date set out in your booking unless other arrangements have been agreed with us prior to the commencement of your booking.
If you prefer we can arrange for you to be able to drop off the machine at you local courier depot - contact us for details.
Machines that are returned late will result in an invoice being raised for the extra days rental.
Late returns have a knock on affect with other bookings and cause considerable problems. If you expect to have a problem with a return then getting in touch with us early can often mean that we can make an alternative arrangement for you.
